We know how easy it is to procrastinate… but please try to register early! It really does help us plan everything...from how large the rooms need to be, to how many clothes to order!

Individuals and Studio Groups are welcome to register early at any time. If you are registering after Sep 4, 2023...these are the rates.

All registrations must be received by Oct 1, 2023 in order to get the Early Rates. If you are registering after those dates, you are still most welcome! But the rates will have increased slightly.

Observers
All observers must be the parent/guardian or teacher of a registered convention participant.
Observer Weekend Package........... $15 (Includes admission to both convention days)
Saturday Convention.......................... $10 (Includes admission to the convention on Sat only)
Sunday Convention..............................$10 (Includes admission to the convention on Sun only)
Registered Observers will be permitted to video tape each class at the faculty’s discretion.
JUNIOR ROOM and MINI ROOM OBSERVERS may be restricted to watching the last 15 minutes of each class (depending on class sizes). We have found that the young students are able to concentrate more easily if there is less distraction in the room. This way your child will benefit more from the convention.

GSP DANCE CONVENTION / STREET GROOVE (FALL SEASON & WINTER SEASON) DISCOUNTS:
PLEASE NOTE: Discounts may not be combined. Be sure to choose the discount that works best for you.
If you will be attending more than one GSP Dance Convention this season, you can qualify for the following discounts if you register early! You must register for BOTH conventions at the same time in order to receive any discounts. Only Full Convention Registrations qualify for discounts (not One Day Reg).

- Deduct $25.00 from each convention, up to $50 off!
STUDIO DISCOUNT:

Free registration may be applied to either students or teachers.
In order to receive the discounts below, we prefer that all registrations are received by our office in one package BEFORE the Registration Deadlines.
Please note: Only FULL convention registrations count when adding up the number of participants who qualify for FREE registrations.
10-19 participants................1 additional FREE registration
20-29 participants............ 2 additional FREE registrations
30-39 participants........... 3 additional FREE registrations
40-49 participants........... 4 additional FREE registrations

FAMILY DISCOUNT:
Members of the same family can qualify for the family discount. Each sibling can deduct $25.00 off of their registration fees. (Full convention registrations only. Mini Level convention registrations do not qualify at this time.) Proof of relation may be requested for first time registrants. Family discounts may not be combined with any other discounts. Choose which discount is best for you!

If you have multiple siblings in your family, you may want to register separately from your studio so you can apply the Family Discount to your fees.
Payment Plan
Convention Payment Plans
GSP offers a Payment Plan Option (PPO) for those who wish to spread out payments for a full convention.
You may make 50% of your payment now, and 50% of your payment anytime before the convention date.
Groove Street Productions accepts the following forms of payment:
- E-Transfer
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Money Orders/ Bank Drafts.
- Cheques received at least 3 weeks prior to convention date.

(Interac is also available on location at the conventions).
Refunds
Please note - registration is non-refundable. If, for a medical reason, you are unable to attend a convention you have already registered for (i.e. broken ankle), please contact our office. A doctors note is required. Refunds and credits due to weather will not be given.
Refunds or credits will not be given if Groove Street Productions is running the convention and a dancer chooses not to attend. Registration fees cannot be refunded due to weather, natural disaster or fire. In the event that our event cannot run due to the aforementioned, or in the event that government regulations state that our event must be cancelled (i.e. Covid), we will honour all registration fees with a credit for any future GSP event.
